The hardest part about this journey is being patient. Not everyday is going to be easy, in fact just about every day is a challenge. A huge one. Trusting the process and knowing that this lifestyle takes time is what works. You're not going to wake up every day feeling on top of the world. There are going to be set backs, you might gain a little weight and get discouraged and want to give up. It would be so easy to quit, but that's why so many people do give up.
